East Worthing and Shoreham MP Tim Loughton will stand on a soapbox over the weekend to encourage constituents to have political debates with him.Mr Loughton will be joined by council leader Neil Parkin and other local Conservative councillors when he sets up the soapbox in Coronation Green, in an attempt to emulate London's Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park. "This is another example of getting politics out of the council chamber or out of Westminster and back onto the streets and I hope local people will take up the challenge," Mr Loughton said. "With my councillor colleagues I will be happy to take questions and talk on any local or national issue that constituents want to raise."
